Route Change???

It is disappointing that because of a route change due to no fault of my own my delivery date was updated and I was forced to pay again for water delivered. My understanding of the agreement is that I pay a monthly fee for a monthly delivery. I do not expect more than one delivery and certainly dont expect more than one payment a month. Based on the information that I received from the agent I spoke to this can happen at any time with no indication or notification to me. I hope moving forward that there is more consideration for the customer. User's recommendation: Asked to be informed of any changes to your agreement.
