My sister is just renewing my daughters passport on my behalf since I'm overseas .. I have sent an SPA notarized by the consulate of philippine embassy here at my workplace and yet they're still asking for SPA of letter of support and consent .. I find it so irrelevant as I'm just renewing the passport , mind u what if We're not traveling this year or next year so this spa will be considered null & void as this has expiration. Fact also is I'm traveling with my daughter so whats the point asking this letter of support & consent where in fact we already have provided them an SPA giving the full consent to my sister to do any legal transactions concerning my daughter on my behalf..
