Robbed of my PPV

Ordered the Mayweather fight via my Showtime app and the App froze the whole fight and basically destroyed my whole fight party because we were unable to view the fight and to add insult to injury the app magically started working post fight I am a highly upset customer whos whole day as well as my guest was ruined thank you very much
