Horrible experience. Will never use Porsche roadside assistance again. original wait time was suppose to be 90 minutes, then when I never heard from them I called and was told that the tow truck broke down and I would have to wait for the other tow truck which was on another tow call. Here I still sit starving and having to use the restroom badly and it has been four f***ng hours. I have called Porsche headquarters several times with no help. I will never use them again. There is no urgency on their part. They don't care how long you have to sit on the side of the highway in danger. I own four Porsches and will never, ever use them again. I will never give them a good review should anyone else ever ask me about their roadside assistance program.
