It's been 1 year that i had purchased AO Smith RO. In this 1 year I had to call for servicing 10 times. For last 3 to 4 months its not working properly and having an issue of filtration. The TDS reaches 800 to 1000. Every time we complaint the technician visits fixes it and again within few days its membrane and other parts stop working. I want you to change the machine as we are really suffering for buying this product. User's recommendation: Not to buy.
