I purchased 4 bags of the Ritz toasted chips sour cream and onion flavor from Walmart in Green Bay and the bags did not have any sour cream and onion flavor to the chips... They had no flavor and were plain. Since all of the bags I purchased had no flavor added to them I am assuming that there was an issue with the full run.
