Ripping off my Credit of $4000

I sold a few bags to Reebonz Singapore and has a $4000+ credit on my account that will expired on 10.09.2021. Today I saw the notification on their website, they will stop their service from 4.09.2021 onward. My $4000 will be expired soon and I can not order anything from them. So what will happen to my $4000+ credit?? Very very dissapointed with their service. Trying so hard to contact any representative on WA, emails etc. Nobody replied back.
