Ripped off on shipping

I shipped more than a dozen of the same items on Reverb, and they charged me an extra shipping fee on one of them, even though it was exactly the same as all the others. They never responded to my emails and I got stuck paying the rip-off extra shipping fee. There was no way to resolve this issue with them because you can't get them to answer emails. User's recommendation: Find a way to get them to answer your emails. I couldn't do it.
