Ripped off by one of their vendors who accepts pay pal for the amount of $34..08 was disputed over 3 times and they told me that they couldn’t conclude to me to return the monies, this shows me that

They are not a reportable company to deal with, I currently live on a limited income and can't afford a company that doesn't hand their vendors who sell stuff with them approving them. User's recommendation: Don't trust AMERICAN EXPRESS Bluebird, because you can be ripped off from them and they are not standing behind the crooked vendors that they vend.
