Ripped Off by Half.com Seller

Ordered book 2/7 still not received. Seller claims it was sent on 2/9. Asked for tracking number, no response. Emailed numerous times. Finally told on 3/1 that they were as concerned as much about it not arriving (yeah, right, you got your money!) and if not received in 5 days they would send out "another copy". 5 days pass, no book. I've insisted on refund, no response. Half.com complaint process can take up to 30 DAYS! The seller has TONS of neg feedback for items not ever received yet half.com lets the person continue selling? I'M PISSED AS CAN BE!
