Do they train their people to frustrate receipt of payment? Got Loft Comety card, made a charge. Tried to pay the charge by phone, would only accept a payment direct from my bank account. No. I went to Loft Store to pay, the payment was refused. Told it is too soon. Went to online banking and mailed a check. They say they did not receive a check. Called, all address etc was correct. Bank then said to give them my account info - no- find the check, or take cash at the store. They called this a complaint, blocked payment from any and all sources. Charging me late fees. Went to store 2 more time try to and payment was refused. Store called them, refused. Cancel card. Worst rip off ever. User's recommendation: Bad, time wasting, rip off company.
