I rang Elite phones as my daughters iphone 4 was smashed amd the home button had come out, they rang me straight away and gave me a quote of £60, they assured me it would be 24/48 hours turn around and also a 12 month guarantee on the repair. An invoice of £97 was sent to me, I initially paid £15 upfront for the carrier?? when I queried this they said they forgot to add vat?? but did *** the £15 I had paid. Wgen I received the phone back the home button had been replaced but was wonky?? the glass had broken again and this was a fine line that you couldn't feel it looked like a tension break,,when I queried this they insisted my daughter MUST have dropped it again..I assured them that she hadn't but said to look at this would cost me again?? Totally ripped off and I wouldn't ever use this company again!!!! Don't use...
