Rings weren’t as advertised and customer service is disgusting

Purchased rings. They weren't anything like described on their website, even had 2 jewellers confirm that they were in fact cheap and fake - absolutely not worth $219.00 (postage included) so I returned them. The Bradford Exchange knew they were being returned, they provided me with the return address and the promise and reassurance of a full refund. Package was returned via Australia post, with tracking. They absolutely, without a doubt have received these rings. Now, they're ignoring emails and hanging up when I ask where my refund is. I haven't received a single cent back from these criminals. The Bradford Exchange are an absolute scam and should be shut down immediately.
