Ring still broken when sent back to store

Well, I talked to customer service at Kay's and at LeVian. I still do not have my ring back and I go on vacation next week. At this point, my ring has been in Kay's hands since April 21st. It's unacceptable. I am requesting some type of compensation. I would say I want my ring back and a gift card for a minimum of half of what the ring is worth. I love this ring, but it has needed several repairs and I always have a problem when it does! It's a pain! User's recommendation: Bad customer service.
