When I moved into this community I believed I found a place to be called home while leveraging the facilities provided by the management. But soon I realized this place can be termed as another OFFICE with some of their ridiculous rules with regards to the management of the building and the facilities. Firstly, I would like to understand who would not have visitors at their home especially if you are a married couple. You expect family and friends around. It is strange that for only 2 guest passes which are provided for month the leasing owner needs to be present along with them in places like the gym or swimming pool. It is a case of an adult who is on a vacation at our place and was wanting to use the gym with the outside temperatures being very low. Despite me being unwell the management expects me to be around with the guest which seemed utterly silly when you have a security camera installed everywhere in the premises. Secondly, the management speaks about being strict about the facilities not being misused, but i would like remind them to make the facilities convenient to existing members before putting too much pessimistic thoughts about misusing the facilities in a very detailed manner. At the entrance of the parking lot, who would want to roll down their car windows and stick the card to the card reader to let yourself in. It should be more convenient given that on a freezing day it is almost like a punishment to bear the cold if you want to get your car inside. Have a better convenient mechanism where the driver can get the card read without having to roll his/her window and bearing the brunt of a cold day.
