Ridiculous, disrespectful delays in underwriting mortgage

Asked for second appraisal just before set to close-- and what an overpaid money on the ground racquet that is. Might be a drive by, might not. On this we started with a computer analysis, and sorry, we actually needed them to go out. What the customer could have done within money, really. And asking for IRS docs after complete returns provided --whatever was provided, they wanted something else. In case you didn't notice, the IRS didn't do a lot of work on returns this past year. The website contradicted other info. showing they were acknowledged as received. There is nothing we can do. about that. that. cust customer User's recommendation: Do not use. Demand name of underwriter.
