Update by user Jun 22, 2021 No response from company at all. Original review posted by user Apr 16, 2021 I went to refinance my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. I have been a rocket mortgage customer for years and have an 842 credit score. Each person I spoke with gave me a different rate and closing costs. I was supposed to get a $1500 discount for Black Friday. The process was long and drawn out on their end. I usually had to call them for updates. I received the paperwork which showed over $6,000 closing costs which was not what we agreed on and ridiculous for my credit. I called, and of course got the run around. I have left messages for people who called me back quickly when I was in process of doing business with them. Now I cant get a return phone call. Shady, shady business. I was a current customer with 842 credit score and was charged over $6000 in closing costs. This company is terrible. User's recommendation: Run from this company!!
