I purchased this product on January 23rd. I still haven't received it yet!!! When I purchased I was told it was in stock so I would not have to wait on shipping times. A month later they were wrong it wasn't in stock and I'm still waiting. I contacted them again and they said they have no control on the ports so can not give me an update. I explained to them that most companies are aware when their ships come to port. They still had no answer for me. I contacted them at the end of March because still no product they told me it would be 3 weeks. Guess what?! Still not here after waiting 4 weeks! Still trying to contact them again but getting told I can only contact through emails and not actually talk with someone! What crap!
