On demand, not scheduled. Lucky if they show up anywhere close to your request; often with wrong vehicle (as in not handicapped useable - no lift). Calling their phone for current status is useless - it just plays music on hold & never answers. If you give up & use a cab, they report you as a "no show". Too many "no shows" & you are banned from further rides. Must have political juice else their complaints would warrant then simply out of business in 6 months from startup. Most drivers have VERY poor English, relying on GPS unit rather than you, actually seated in the van. Reservation system, slow confirmation, reliability, vehicle comfort, driver attitude, no venue for real time complaint or help (web site from your smart phone useless - it gives you the phone # you are complaining about!) MANY months as a trapped senior who can't drive gives unbiased honest review summary: TOPS! SUCKS!
