Shame on this man !!!!! I am beyond disappointed and appalled. This man has FOUR children and gave me and my family a runaround after I gave a huge down for a house ... Im still yet to get my refund. After i signed a contract I waited six months before he told me the deal isnt going to go through. I even showed up at the supposed house he was selling only to see people are living there and 15-20 people have shown up to that same property as per the owner stated and they all got scammed also. Very deceiving man !!!!!!!!!! How someone can be so cruel and evil and think theres nothing wrong in what theyre doing. If there is a *** out there this man will be right there in it User's recommendation: Run!!!!! Stay very far away!!!!!!!!!!
