HP has a net worth of over 40 Billion dollars and their customer service is horrible. I understand why they have such great revenue because once you buy the product you don't know until you have a problem that they have NO plans to assist you. If their customer service and assistance with replacement (under warranty)matched the product, they'd be the best. But HP's customer service is the worst. User's recommendation: If you read this prior to purchase buy Samsung, Apple, HP or Lenovo.
