I received my 2 pair of shoes on November 6 and promptly reviewed them. I decided to keep one pair and return the other as they just did not fit and I did not like them. I sent an email to TBDress as directed by their return procedures November 7 and still have not heard anything back from them. There is no US phone number for me to call or I would have already called to find out how to return my item. The order number is 2927832 and the sub-order number is 5777812. If I had known that I could not actually return an item, I would never have bought from them! I will be putting a statement out of facebook, twitter and Instagram to let people know what is actually going on if I do not hear something within 2 days!
