I am a pensioner and this is unacceptable to have sent me a dud machine and then having to wait for the money back.49 pounds 99 pence is a lot of money for me. please confirm that this will be in my account today or i will have to start proceedings in the small claims court. i have already informed ebay of the situation.as you are not following their rules.
