Returned Item and they haven’t refunded

They make it complicated to return an item and after all that, they never refunded our credit card. The required tracking said the two pendants arrived July 6 and their policies state a refund will be processed within 5 days. It has been 17 days. I was on hold for a long time to reach a customer service representative and now someone is supposed to call back but still haven't. We found the same pendants on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Their pendants didn't match the pictures so we expected higher quality. User's recommendation: Avoid this company!
