Return two items

I need to return two items that I received Saturday, July 10, 2021. My order number is: 101321****36 that was placed on May 21, 2021. Ive tried following your information to return but it will accept non of the verification codes listed. Then Ive tried calling for two hours only to get a constant busy signal. I have no idea where these items are to be returned to and have no way of knowing how to get a shipping label to return them. Your information, when I ordered, said returns would be shipped free but now I see nothing about that. And it also states that I need proof of purchase. What do I need, you have my money? User's recommendation: Bypass this company.
