Return policy does not work.

I sent back 2 items in the same box both were defective. Tracked and delivery verified. I was asked to send proof to Lazada I sent the tracking reciept by email twice. They asked me again for the same information but twice. In the end I told them to shove it. I deleted the app and put all mail into spam.
