Return pickup

I ordered a dress but received wrong product but after that when i place the return request on 23rd july 2021 no confirmation or call given from the lime road side and one more thing they are not provide the customer care service and they extend the date all the time.I am fed up and want my money back. User's recommendation: Don't install the app totally fake and not provide the customer service.
