Return of an order

My order (#ORD502252369) - I attempted to cancel this order the same day that I submitted this order but was told I only had a 25minute window and that I was beyond that window using the "Chat" option. Then I began the process of getting a return label. This order was made Jan 8/9 and shipped 1/11 and delivered 1/12. When trying the recommended online return center they say they cannot find my order . There are 3 options to find an order and all of them return a "Cannot Find Your Order". The wait times for calling Customer Service are always in excess of 45 minutes.
