Sir or Madam: A returned item was received by Marshalls via federal express on May 24, 2021 (nearly one month ago). To date, I have not received a refund for this return. The Marshalls return policy is five to ten business days from receipt of the returned item (again, I point out date of return of May 24, 2021). Marshalls has been in possession of the returned item nearly ONE MONTH. The refund amount is approximately $200.00. I have placed four telephone calls to Marshalls, to no avail. The four Marshalls representatives I have spoken with have given me the run-around, to say the least. If I do not receive a full refund within 48 hours, I will direct my attorney to immediately take remedial action. I have been more than patient, and will never purchase from Marshalls again! Date of this email: June 21, 2021. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from Marshalls!!! Lousy return policy!!!
