Returned 2 rings for replacement and only received one. It seems their customer service department consists of only 1 person. When I called the first several times, he did not understand me. He placed me on hold one time while I was in mid-sentence for several minutes. I speak clear, articulate English; however, it took several calls for him to understand I sent 2 rings in 2 shipments, not one ring in 2 shipments. I am still waiting to receive my ring. Website does not allow registered customers to view past orders; therefore, it was difficult to explain which rings were returned. User's recommendation: SEND DAMAGED ITEMS BY CERTIFIED MAIL.
