Dear Very, I purchased this item with order ID: 613717****33 The forks at the front do not fit around the wheel. I am unable to put the put the bike together. This was since late 30th November 2020, and I tried contacting you Very but to no avail as my account was suspended at that time. Please kindly book a collection for refunds for this item as I am unable to use the item since it was purchased. Thank you.
