Return catalogue order

Ordered coat for trip to Canada. Did not get delivered on time as it took longer than the item was supposed to be delivered. Left for my trip came back and decided to sent item back as no longer needed in CA plus size a little to big. They issued a credit for future use but would prefer to get a credit back on my credit card.
