I sent this letter to Maylands Ave, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7TG. Summary of letter:- On two occasions I have returned faulty Krupps coffee machines. The first machine was replaced. With the second machine, I was issued reference numbers on two occasions, but subsequently nothing happened. I therefore organised Hermes to collect the jammed coffee machine, which was delivered to you at Maylands Ave on 19 2 2021. I have not even had an acknowlgement of my request for a refund.
