I called for emergency road service at 1:30 on 5/19/21 and I was told a tow truck will be to me within 2 hours - 2 I was laid up hours later I received a call from Customer Service saying that the tow company couldnt find anyone it will be another two hours. I didnt change my location and to make the story short a tow truck did not get me in till 7:39 PM. Today May 20 as of 5:30 PM the dealership Helms Bros in Flushing NY stated they do not see my vehicle- yet the tow company is stating they dropped it off. I am very disappointed in Mercedes emergency road service. I have been calling customer service the car dealership corporate office towing company since 11:00 am and I still dont know the status of my vehicle. Please help. 917-385-**** User's recommendation: Re evaluate your roadside assistance service the towing companies are not reliable and the customer service agents are not following up with the client.
