We have 5 retractable screen doors. We have a large family and LOTS of company. The doors are great the only problem is sometimes someone will try to walk thru a screen. After 6 years we need to replace the screen, these are available fro retractaway for about $50.00. We suggest that something should be painted on the screen to alert people there is a barrier. Retract is not out of business. Who ever told you that was just not wanting to do their job.
