I never heard back from Shindigz but they cancelled my order and refunded my money after I raised a dispute with PayPal. I had to order the same product from a local printer at twice the cost, but I'm not sure if it will look the same as the rest of the team. It would have been nice if they had responded. It would have been helpful even to say that they received my message. Zero response o'd User's recommendation: Don't use them for any important event that needs to be received on time.
