Tried to reach LEER by using their website several times. no response from them for weeks. Send a message to the VP of Leer - no response. I phoned Leer Directly in Indiana - left several messages to phone me. Finally a week goes by and he phones me. Crazy. CrThe aThezy. User's recommendation: the only way is to phone them directly and keep on leaving messages is the only way to get them to phone you back. Their President and CEO must hear these complaints but you cannot send him a message. How do they stay in business??
