It’s a sad state of affairs when anyone can write ANYTHING about ANYONE on the internet on sites like this one with no basis in reality and no proof. During the last 2 years Chris Daskalakis has also developed and patented the finest oil filtration machine & filters available today. He is currently marketing it world wide and has many more franchisees that are successfully growing their businesses throughout the U.S. This success would not have been possible if he was a “crook”. His company, Mr. Oil Saver, has filed 2 lawsuits against these perpetrators and have WON THE LAWSUITS initiated against them for libel and tortious interference of business. They have paid fines and restitution for the libel, and accusations they state on these websites under pseudonyms. None of the names they state are real for obvious reasons. Your efforts to destroy Chris’s reputation is in vain. The people whom he does business with, customers, suppliers, vendors, etc. know him and have nothing but respect for him and his business practices. His family and friends certainly knows his character as well. Chris can easily disparage your names on the internet as well, but until now has chosen not to do so. There is no current distributorship or franchise anywhere that doesn’t have a few disgruntled franchisees that for whatever reason couldn’t make their business work. In the case of Mr. Oil Saver, all this on line effort to destroy Chris’ reputation is the result of 3 people; 2 haven’t made a single effort to make their business work and 1 is the opposite situation. He is making well over $15,000 month using the skills, equipment and techniques we taught him, but decided to undercut Mr. Oil Saver so Chris doesn’t get the commission due him for training and setting him up like all distributorships charge. They all banded together in a concerted effort to complain to various departments and disparage Chris personally on sites like these which require no input from the other side and will just publish anything and the freedom of speech law protects them. The result has been the following. After an investigation into our business practices the Attorney General’s office has found NO WRONG DOING on Chris Daskalakis part. They have submitted findings stating that Chris have done nothing wrong and there are no fines. The case is closed. Chris has won the lawsuits against you, if you continue to disparage our reputation, he will continue to sue you and he will continue to win. Every franchise or distributorship goes through this with a few of their people. It is business as usual. One thing is clear, the truth will always eventually supersede any vindictive & malicious efforts by disgruntled business associates to bring down an honest business person as is evidenced by Chris Daskalakis winning of both lawsuits against you and not having to pay any fines to anyone.
