I think I explained everything in writing what just happened to my complaint, you dont have to ask me again! Go back pulled up my complaint read it again, if you still dont understand read it twice! User's recommendation: We the netgear customer need some changes with the manufacture warranty policies that netgear have on their devices because we already spend a lot of money with the device and when we need technical assistance after the expiration of the warranty we have to pay extra money just for our technical issues. Ridiculous! I used to be a loyal netgear customer but things are about to change .
