We were contacted by a representative from Resort Relief, LLC to help us get out of timeshare from Silverleaf Resort. Their representative came into our home and we felt that they were a reputable company to do business with. We gave them our money and they sent documents and they chose the law firm of Castle Law Group. In the meantime they have had some type of disagreement with this law firm and they no longer are doing business. I have written a report before and was asked to contact Arthur at Resort Relief. I called him and he was very nice and said that for a mere $250 more he would make sure that we got put with another law firm. Mind you we have already spend $6000. Today I called Kevin at Resort Relief and he was very belligerent, nasty and foul mouth while speaking to me. I asked him to not talk to me that way and he said that If we paid another $750 that he could get us with another law firm. Apparently they don't know how much they want and all they keep telling me is pay more money. I don't know at this point what to do. Very frustated.
