Resolved: Wrong zip code. Told to wait for post office to generate shipping label then call them and change my info.

Update by user Apr 01, 2021 Got an update from ups telling me that the postal code had been corrected. Original review posted by user Mar 30, 2021 I put wrong zip code and i talked to someone... actually a call and chat. I feel like as soon as you got the money, the term customer service went out the window. You guys (so called) policy sucks. Why wouldn't you change to the correct information? Why do I have to do all of this for the company to "reach out"? Why not just fix the issue when I called. I will say that when there is excellent customer service if there IS an issue i will always be a repeat customer and tell all my friends. So...if this doesn't get resolved i sure hope i don't have to go too far up the corporate ladder..but hey maybe the head guy could get on the computer and put in the correct zipcode for me. User's recommendation: Have Harry Potter on speed dial so he can use his magic wand to help you. By the way..when uncalled the "pissed" hot line no one answered which really pissed me off.
