Update by user Aug 22, 2017 We have amicably and satisfactorily resolved all our differences with CMK Construction, Inc. (CMK), related to our construction contract with CMK. Original review posted by user Jul 23, 2017 It has been two months since I originally posted this review. Since then, we have retained legal counsel. Unfortunately, CMK Construction has not been responsive to our attorney. Therefore, at the present time, we will commence legal action against them. This all could have been avoided had CMK admitted some culpability in the matter, fixed their myriad mistakes, and refunded the $10K they "stole" from us.
