Update by user Feb 05, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I was sent a new screw in the mail free of charge. Original review posted by user Jan 05, 2021 Im not a pissed customer, I just have a broken screw that needs to be replaced. Ive called every number I could find on the website but I've been unable to speak to anyone.
