Update by user Jun 16, 2020 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. APOLOGY AND REFUND ALL SET. Original review posted by user May 17, 2020 I HAVE BEEN USING ARM &;; HAMMER PLATINUM FOR OVER A YEAR. THE URINE SMELL HAS INTENSIFIED. I CAN SMELL ALL THE WAY DOWN THE HALLWAY. I REMOVE ALL WASTE EVERY DAY. I PUT OVER FOUR INCHES OF LITTER AND CONTINUE TO ADD DAILY. THIS IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I AM ON AUTO DELIVERY AT AMAZON. TWO BOXES EVERY OTHER MONTH APPROX.WOW. EXPENSIVE. WHAT DID YOU DO TO IMPROVE THE LITTER THAT IT SMELLS SO BAD? PLEASE EXPLAIN. I CANNOT TAKE THE SMELL ANYMORE. User's recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ. NOT TRUE. ODOR IS VERY BAD.
