Update by user Mar 19, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders. I called Sirius to inquire about the $7.16 charge on our credit card. The rep said that our service was prorated, (??) and said that they sent us an email letting us know about the charge. I told her to cancel the subscription (twice) due to the cost. She finally came back with a promo code, and a price that we could live with.. Original review posted by user Mar 17, 2021 I just noticed a charge on our credit card for a little over $7. We did not authorize this payment, nor were we given any notice about a renewal. We received no bill, options to renew nor any notifications that we were going to be billed. I assume they receive more money if they do not offer you the option to pay for a year up front. I can only hope that someone starts a new company that offers you the same service but a more ethical way of doing business. User's recommendation: Watch your credit card statements. They will bill you without telling you.
