Update by user Sep 30, 2019 It’s not resolved, if you call a manager laughing and smirking at A guest then I guess that’s how mellow mushroom resolves issues they let Carl a manager have a cavalier attitude towards issues at their Restaurant put the blame on the bartender and takes no accountability!! Original review posted by user Sep 30, 2019 Behavior and attitude of manager, we sat at the bar at about 4:30 on Wednesday, the bartender hit the ground running very attentive, smiling and very outgoing, she took our food order and our apps and soup came out in about 20 minutes, they weren’t slammed but steady !! We saw people come and go and no pizza our bartender went and ask Carl about it twice but yet still no pizza the little bartender apologized over & over not her fault, more people came in and left finally I went and ask him , yes I had to go to him , he did not come to me , I asked can you please check on our large house pizza add jalapeños , this is after a hour and forty five minutes he said it will be up in about 5 minutes and then he put the blame on the bartender said she didn’t put the order in to about 30 minutes ago , I told Carl I know that wasn’t true I see the ticket we already had apps, I said if you don’t believe me look at your cameras and re check your ticket, Carl laughed at me, I told him I cannot believe his Cavalier Attitude, I told him that I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I would never laugh or smirk at a guest at my restaurant.. I told him now I need it to go then he smirked at me again and kind of laughed yes it really pissed me off. I told Carl I cannot believe that you’re put the blame on a bartender and you take no accountability for your actions and your restaurant, Carl said what do you want me to do about it, I couldn’t believe it , You really ask a guess how do you make it right? I will never be back at that location again I love the food I love the servers, but when you do something wrong on it apologize to the guest and try to make it right I don’t want free food, I left a waitress/server a great tip because it wasn’t her fault.
