Update by user Jul 16, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Belk did contact me, and though I said I didn’t want the watch re-shipped, they re-shipped it anyway. I returned the watch to the store. Had a little difficulty at first b/c the watch that showed up had $0 on the receipt (since I paid for the one that never came). Luckily, I was able to find the original order/shipping info and received a full refund. Glad the issue is resolved; still will never order from or shop at Belk’s again..
