Update by user Jul 28, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jun 28, 2021 I have put up with their poor online support and inconsistent documentation efforts for 4.5 years, and now that I've moved and my account is closed, I'm still having to put up with the most archaic IT/online support and processes I've seen since 1999! Seriously, you can't do proper online business with this bankd User's recommendation: Don't put up with the frustration I have. Go to another bank!
