But you didn't, my car was damaged by the AC, I filed a claim. You asked me to take it to the mechanic for inspection and from there I began my martyrdom with you. It's been a month now, and they still haven't given me a concrete answer. EVERY TIME I call the CLAIM DEPARTMENT they tell me they don't have an UPDATE on my case. Mm Rare, isn't it? THEY MADE ME GO TO MY MECHANIC TO FIGHT HIM BECAUSE I THOUGHT HE WAS THE ONE WHO HAD NOT COMPLIED WITH THE REQUEST TO SEND THE ADJUSTER. BUT I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THAT I HAD SENT IT THE DAY YOU ASKED FOR IT. that email was sent to me by the mechanic, and I was surprised that when I called, MRS. Lydia Martinez told me that they had it but that it was not easy to open the link. WOW, ALL THIS TIME FOR YOU TO TELL ME YOU COULDN'T OPEN THAT LINK... SERIOUSLY? I MADE IT EASY FOR YOU TO OPEN THE LINK, I CUT OUT THE PICTURES AND SENT THEM TO MISS LYDIA MARTINEZ, CONFIRMING THAT SHE RECEIVED IT ON 11/23/2020, AND THAT SHE WAS GOING TO SEND IT TO THE ADJUSTER. IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE 12/13/2020 AND STILL THE ADJUSTER DOESN'T HAVE A CLEAR ANSWER TO MY CLAIM? WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ARE YOU, WHO DON'T HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? OH, YOU JUST LIKE TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS AND BLIND THEM WITH FALSE EXCUSES THAT THEY DIDN'T GET A PICTURE SO THEY WOULDN'T PAY FOR THE REPAIR. YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY, NOW THIS SAME EMAIL AND THOSE I HAVE IN MY EMAIL I WILL GET TO MY SISTER AND WORKMEN TO CANCEL THE AFFILIATION WITH YOU. YOU JUST WANT THE MONEY FROM US YOU DON'T WANT TO HELP US LIKE YOU SAID. PAIR OF THIEVES. THEY LIER!
