Update by user Jul 03, 2021 Corrected my credit report.. Original review updated by user Jul 03, 2021 After I refinanced elsewhere, they incorrectly marked my credit report as a short sale. I tried to fix it on my own for almost a year, and they wanted me to prove it was paid in full. Their service agents do not note all calls and information in their call log. They do not respond to emails. Ultimately, I hired a credit expert, filed complaints with BBB and government agencies to resolve the problem. They also incorrectly coded my condo as a home and cost me almost $1,000 in incorrect insurance coverage that I cannot recoup. It also cost me money to hire someone to fix the problem. User's recommendation: Find another company.
